Payment information

We accept payment through PayPal - you can use a credit card by simply selecting the "Pay with a card" option.

Shipping information - for Australian orders

    -   FLAT RATE of $12.95 Australia only

    -   ACT Pick-up FREE - Kaleen address

      

We make every effort to get your order shipped as soon as possible and at least within 3-5 business days. If there is any delay at our end, such as having to make more of the product, we will let you know. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

We offer FREE pick-up from Kaleen in the ACT. If you select this option, the address will be provided when  your order is ready for collection in around 3-5 business days after your order is placed.

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept international orders. 

 
Returns and Refunds

As a small family business, we hope we have delivered everything you expected. If we haven't, for whatever reason, please let us know. We can fix it! If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please send us an email letting us know why you are not satisfied within two months of date of purchase. We may ask you to return your product with proof of purchase (we will advise you of the address by email).

 

If you receive damaged product, please contact us within two days of receipt. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item and we will happily replace the product or issue a refund.
